Swingin’ Sunday has come around again!
A Sunday afternoon jamboree and hootenanny. The Cruisin’ Deuces were born out of a love of traditional Honky-tonk, Western Swing and Rockabilly music. You’ll enjoy a Sunday afternoon with the blend of southern twang of Telecasters with crying steel guitars and driving bass. The Rev. Dr. Z’s (lead guitar) soulful voice and burning solos blend with the mournful wail of the pedal steel and bring the sounds of Texas, Memphis and Nashville to Sydney for a hootenanny you’ll never forget.
Throw in a couple of cheeky Young Henry’s Newtowners and good times are guaranteed when the Cruisin’ Deuces hit up The Workers.
Doors | Bar | Kitchen at 2pm, and tunes from 3pm. Get in early to beat the crowd, or don’t, it is a Sunday after all.
For all you movers and shakers out there…we’ve got a wooden dance floor for you.
$10 burgers and $5 Newtowners during the gig. What more could you want???
See all you boot scootin’ kids there.
